JUNIOR HIGH MINISTRY

Welcome to Junior High Ministry! We're so glad you're here and we look forward to getting to know you better!

Our church is passionate about serving families and enabling them to build sustainable lives to stay and thrive in San Diego. We are honored to come alongside families as your young person is guided towards Christ and inspired to live out the way of Jesus in their time and culture. Junior High Ministry aims to make Sunday and Wednesday nights one of the most impactful times of your teens week as they learn what it means to be an active, thriving member of the Body of Christ. We believe JHM is a vital extension of the adult service and we work diligently at giving them the opportunity to grow into the young men and women God has called them to be. 

We look forward to partnering with you as your teens grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 

OUR CORE VALUES

 Our teaching focuses on these five values:

Gospel: We will share the good news of what God has done in Jesus. We want teens to encounter Jesus in personal relationship. 

Identity: We will understand, grow and walk in the new identity we have through the work of Christ. We will do this by learning to follow the ways of Jesus. 

Community: We will intentionally engage with other believers and learn to serve within our church and in our cultural context. 

Mission: We will join God's redemptive work both in SD and beyond. We will join with renewal projects in our city and learn at times what God is up to around the globe. 

Power: We will seek to know the Holy Spirit and rely on His power to be made known in our generation. We will learn to pray together, share testimonies, and edify one another.
